Each standard tiffin includes 4 soft rotis, 1 main sabzi (dry/gravy vegetable), 1 bowl of protein-rich dal, 1 portion of premium basmati rice (plain or jeera rice), and pickle/salad. Sunday premium meals also include a special sweet dish or paneer special.

Yes, absolutely! We understand schedules change. You can pause your subscription before 8:00 AM for lunch and before 4:00 PM for dinner. The paused days will be carried forward, extending your subscription end date. The admin dashboard also displays your paused status.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, we offer a refund for the unused days. We deduct the meals consumed calculated at the daily single-meal rate, and return the remaining amount to your UPI ID or bank account within 3 business days.

Our food is packed in food-grade, leak-proof, microwave-safe containers or stainless steel tiffins, and transported in insulated thermal bags to ensure it remains hot when delivered. Our delivery executives follow strict hygiene and contactless protocols.
